Inking Spraying & Smashing with JUGS

So the JUGs challenge (JUGs41) this week is a technique challenge, a technique called Ink, Spray, Smash.   I went to Splitcoaststampers, looked at the technique and thought:  "okay, I can do that".... well, not so much.  I don't have a huge number of reinkers and so finding a good color combo took a bit of time and several sheets of wasted glossy paper.  Finally hit on the combo of Pacific Point & Kiwi Kiss.  Since I was feeling pretty mojo less today I used SC289, the current sketch from Splitcoaststampers, to help me get back in gear.  I kept everything pretty CAS, as well.


I used the Hero Arts stamp Long Stem Flowers for the card.  Thanks for taking a peek!

Supplies:  Cardstock:  PTI white; SU! Pacific Point & Kiwi Kiss; Ink:  SU! Kiwi Kiss & Pacific Point (ink pads & reinkers); Glossy cardstock:  CTMH; Stamps:  Hero Arts Long Stem Flower; Impress thank you

    Wow Rosemary what a title for a post - sounded intriguing! Gorgeous, gorgeous card! The background looks amazing and the colours you used on it are gorgeous! I'll have to check out that technique.

    I clicked to enlarge as soon as my page loaded up!! I'm a fan of CAS, but while it is clean, this isn't simple. Looking at those beautiful colors all smashed up makes me smile!! Your card is Gorgeous, Rosemary!!! :>:>

    Goodness, gracious - THOSE ARE GORGEOUS, me luv! That juicy color work is exquisite! Isn't it kind of a rush, creating SUCH beauty in such an unexpected way! Wish I'd had time to play with this fun challenge... All I can say about YOUR card, though... is that YOU ROCKED IT, sweetheart! Bravo!
