If you got here from the blog of the amazingly talented Lori, then you are on the right track.  If not, please start back at the beginning at the ODBD blog.   For my card I used the ODBD Butterfly Corner stamp and the coordinated Single Butterfly and die.  Since this month is ODBD's 4th anniversary and stone for that anniversary/birthday is topaz I'm using different shades of blue for my card.  I stamped the corner image using SU!'s Marina Mist and the sentiment using SU!'s Night of Navy.   The sentiment is from the Mother Theresa set.  The butterfly was stamped using Tuxedo Black and then colored with two blue Copics.  I covered the butterfly lightly with some Diamond Stickles.  The card base is SU!'s Night of Navy.   I kept things very simple to let the  Butterfly Corner stamp shine.   Now off you go to the blog of the incredibly talented Julie!!

Supplies:  Cardstock:  PTI white; SU! Night of Navy; Stamps:  ODBD; Inks:  SU! & Memento; Dies:  ODBD; Rhinestones: Hero Arts; Diamond Stickles

  39. Hi Rosemary~

This is such a lovely card. I love that quote from Mother Teresa! It is a great reminder to us all when we are doing work to serve Him...to do it with a happy heart, as we should. Your butterfly is wonderful and sparkly. And, I love how you misted the corner, and set the whole card on Night of Navy. Fabulous contrast!
