halloween...

Hello friends!!    Have a little card to share that I made for a couple of challenges.   The new ColourQ challenge is to use black, white and one other color.  I picked orange since Halloween is coming and  paired it up with the current sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch and made this:


On Thursday I got the chance to shop at my favorite stamp store, Impress Rubber Stamps, with my friend Cindy and picked up a few things like the washi tape I used on my card.   I paired that tape up with some orange striped tape and this great Halloween sentiment from the Waltzingmouse Cicely at Halloween set.  In order to use the sentiment I had to turn the sketch on it's side.   I finished this simple card off with some orange and black sequins.

    It is far too pretty to be a Halloween card, I love the design and composition, it is so appealing to the eye.

    What a gentle Halloween card, Rosemary ... the transluscence of the washie tape complements the sweet pumpkin sentiment perfectly! Anita :)
