Card #1: I used a Penny Black stamp called Butterfly Suite for this card. The stamp is rather large and I think that was my problem. Even after trimming the cardstock down as close to the image as I could and distressing the edges, it still seemed a bit too large for me.
Card #2: For this card I used a sketch from The Paper Players and a newly acquired Stampin Up! stamp called Pattern Pieces. I stamped the image on some paper from the Girl's Paperie using Early Espresso ink and then trimmed out the pieces. The image was stamped again on white cardstock and the trimmed out piece adhered with foam dimensionals. The sentiment is from the Hero Arts set A Kiss from the Sun. Thanks for taking a peek.... let me know which one you like best. Me? I like card #2 the best.
