CCC #16 - Go Hog Wild!!

Hello!!!  Back with my post for this week's CASology challenge.   Lots of fabulous cards for last week's challenge!  It was so fun to see how everyone interpreted the cue word "night".  This week the cue word is "wild"... so many different options for that one!!   Our fabulous guest designer this week is Vicky!  All the details for this week can be found here.

I'm going to admit that this week's cue word was a bit tough for me.  I don't have a ton of stamps that lend themselves to the word "wild".   Then I remembered that I had a super cute My Favorite Things Pure Innocense set called Piggy Bank and in that set is the sentiment "go hog wild".  Perfect for the challenge.   I used a striped down version of Chupa's Sketchbook Saturday sketch for the layout.   I recently purchased the My Favorite Things Jumbo Fishtail Flag Stax dies and have been wanting to use the largest one to make a card... which is what I did here.  I stamped the little PI using Tuxedo Black ink, then did a combination of Copic coloring and paper piecing and trimmed her out.   She was then mounted on the second fishtail flag and that was adhered to the card base as shown.   A couple of tiny fishtail flags and a button were added to the top.  I'm going to drop this card into the current CAS-ual Friday "off the edge" challenge.
