What an unusual colour palette for you Rosie; Chocolate Brown... rich and warm, with the subtle effect of the chicken wire pattern, the butterflies lift the card wonderfully and adds movement and life to this delightful piece.

Hi Rosie
It is me again, I should have looked at your tutorial first before leaving my comment......oh well.
Obviously not Chocolate Brown at all... but seedless preserves, the latter sounds like Jam; wonderfully sweet. It is still a beautiful card, no matter what the colour.

Great tutorial, beautiful card, love the colors you used! It's been awhile since I've done similar. I've done the "too light colors" and wondered if I was doing it wrong or on the wrong paper (glossy or cardstock?). Thanks for the reminder of how to do it, your tips & recommendations, and the cool idea of also adding an open background stamp before the dark sponging!!

This is beautiful, Rosemary! I love the dark background and the pop of lighter colors through the butterflies. Thanks for the tutorial. I definitely will try this.

WOW! This is one GORGEOUS creation, Rosemary! I love it! The colors and design are fabulous! It reminds me of the "bleach stamping" technique I've used in the past. I'll have to check out your tutorial.

Have a wonderful weekend!
Hope your shoulder is better.
