So, this has been a pretty good week, as far as weeks go. Yesterday I won a $15.00 gift certificate from Our Daily Bread Designs' Stampin In Time challenge and today it got even better. I got happy mail!! Happy mail is a term I learned from the sweet Karen of Time Crafted fame. She got happy mail the other day in the form of a lovely pair of earrings she had won. My happy mail came in the form of complementary copies of Scrap & Stamp Arts. I have been submitting cards to them since the fall of 2008 and they have been kindly publishing them in Scrap & Stamp Arts, as well as their other publications like Just Cards and Just Holidays. My card is the cobweb card done in purple and black
As I took the magazines out I was excited to see that they had put one of my cards on the cover. This is the 2nd time they have put my card on the cover. But then I started to wonder "why do I have more than one copy"? Well that became apparent when I started looking through the magazine. They had published an article that I had sent to them!! This is my first time having an article published and I must say it feels pretty cool!Thanks for stopping by... I hope you get some happy mail, soon!
