A Simple Flower....

Hey There!  Here with a quick post for a card I made for two challenges:  ColourQ and CAS-ual Fridays.  I'm really squeakin' this one in for ColourQ as their collection link closes in mere hours!!

Yesterday I got a new stamp set from Stampin Up! called "Every Moment".  When I saw the set I fell in love with the simple, but elegant line drawn images.  For my card I used the single flower, butterfly and sentiment from the set.  The challenge this week at CAS-ual Fridays is to color your project so I got out my Copics and figured out marker equivalents for the ColourQ colors of lime green, pumpkin orange and raspberry.  The other two colors are dark, dark brown and white.  I love the complete simplicity of the card and all that yummy white space!

Supplies:  Cardstock:  PTI white; Stamps:  Stampin Up!; Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black, SU! Early Espresso; Copic markers

I could use one word too, like 'stunning' to describe this card Rosie, but you know me I never just use one word to describe anything!
I seem to have this affliction where one word is not enough! how symbolic is that, my cards cannot just have one layer either; Ha, I am tragic, I should use a capital T as it is sad. All that white space! OMG I am looking at it and it is screaming at me..... it has colour but at the same token it is so virginal and white!!!!!
And a card that is beautiful because of it's clean lines.
Smiles:)
