No Charm Equal....

Hello, friends!!   Hope your week has been going well.  We have been enjoying some absolutely gorgeous weather here in Western Washington!   So... the boys and I have been spending as much time outdoors doing things as we can.  But, the unintended side effect of getting out and doing things is a complete and utter lack of desire to do any papercrafting.  However, I was able to push myself and make a card for the current CR84FN challenge (one of my most favorite challenges!).   I had also wanted to get something done using Chupa's current Sketchbook Saturday sketch and so I combined the two.

Lately I have been reading Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice (can't believe it has taken me this long to finally get a copy of the book!).  It is my absolute favorite movie (the A&E version with Colin Firth) and when PTI came out with the Simply Jane stamp and die set I had to have it.  At the same time I purchased the Dearest Jane paper pack.   A challenge of sorts that I had recently seen asked for projects based on your favorite movie and it sparked me to use all these items to make this card.  The inks are all Stampin Up! (Cameo Coral, Crumb Cake & Chocolate Chip) as is the wide striped ribbon.   The card is not at all fussy and rather classic in design and I absolutely love how it turned out!
Thanks for stopping by....

Supplies:  Cardstock:  PTI kraf & vintage cream; Stampin Up! Cameo Coral; PP:  PTI Dearest Jane; Stamps:  PTI Simply Jane; Inks:  Stampin Up!; Ribbon:  Stampin Up!; Pearls:  KaiserCraft
