Less is More - Make it Masculine

That's the new challenge this week over at Less is More.  Don't know about you, but I don't make too many masculine cards.   Could that be the reason Chrissie & Mandi chose it as the challenge this week (tee hee!)?.  Anyway... I spent sometime this morning whilst I walked the dog deciding on what to do.  I decided to go with the Hero Arts Silhouette Grass stamp and three shades of VersaMagic inks:  Sage, Spanish Olive & Hint of Pesto.   The only embellishment is the bit of twine I wrapped around the card... this is for a man after all!  The sentiment is also from Hero Arts.  I also added a bit of Old Paper distress ink to the edges of the card piece.

Thanks for taking a peek....

Supplies:  Cardstock:  PTI kraft & vintage cream; Stamps:  Hero Arts Silhouette Grass & Find Joy; Inks:  VersaMagic Sage, Hint of Pesto & Spanish Olive; Twine:  PTI

I hit the refresh button and THIS was here!

Oh, ROSIE, it's WONDERFUL! I feel like I can actually touch that wheat! It's tactile WITHOUT the texture: perfection! For someone who claims "man cards" don't come easily.... hmmmmmmm YOU are pretty clever, that's all! I just adore the flavor and beauty of this stunning piece! Yipeeeeee!
