Hey there! Popping in with a super simple card that I made for this month's
PTI blog hop. I'm also going to add it to the
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge because I do think it is rather bright and cheerful. This month's inspiration photo is just so yummy with all those beautiful popsicles. I don't have anything remotely like that in my PTI collection, but I do have lots of lovely floral sets and so I decided to use my newest one... Corner Adorner February. I pulled colors from the photo to use in creating my little corner piece. I stamped the majority of the images onto white cardstock, but the central flower was stamped and die cut. I wanted to use two shades of green for the leaf and stem portions of the corner piece so I had to do some masking and stamping. It was a little tricky, but I got it done. After getting all the stamping done I adhered the little flower and then added my panel to a cardstock base made from PTI's Weathervane cardstock as I thought it was similar in color to the tray that all the popsicles and fruit were arranged on.
Hope you have a wonderful day and happy hopping!
