Hey everyone! Today is an exciting day as Precious Remembrance Shop has a new stamp set out today called Everyday and it is perfect for creating cards for all occasions. To celebrate the design team is having a blog hop and there is a chance for one lucky person to win this new set! All the details can be found at the end of this post. For my card today I decided to create a feminine anniversary card and used the hearts background image from the Everyday set along with two of the flowers from the Blossom stamp set. I started by embossing the heart background image from the Everyday set in white on white cardstock and then blended on some Wilted Violet distress oxide ink. When I had the coverage that I wanted I wiped off the excess ink and then die cut the image with a label die. I embossed the flowers and flower stems from the Blossom in white on vellum and then trimmed out the flowers and just the leaves from the stems. I then arranged and adhered all the pieces on a piece of white cardstock that I die cut with a large rectangle die. To finish things off I die cut a thin fishtail banner from vellum, stamped it with watermark ink and then embossed the sentiment in white. The banner was trimmed down and adhered to the label with glue dots. Love the super clean and simple design.
